I consider myself to be a progressive and liberal Catholic American(and sometimes a bit of a conservative, but not in the way you might expect). This blog is my semi-regular attempt to share my reflections on politics, America, liberalism, conservatism, and some other things as well. Trying to see politics and other serious issues with a bit of perspective, as one might sitting on a beach looking out at the ocean...
